Adam and Dianna Diehl really walk the talk. Food history has been their life, and at our next member meetup they’ll tell us how to build a farming business growing vegetables that are older than any of us. They specialize in heirlooms and most of the crops are varieties dated prior to the 1900’s.
In launching their business, their timing was perfect. Finding the vegetables historic recipes called for was nearly impossible back in 2010, they started growing their own, just as heirlooms were becoming trendy at market.
